I have dozens of LL bows/headwraps, so I’ve always loved the brand/quality of the bows, so there is no question about that! . The last 2 orders I placed I have had problems…..The first order was an order of a ton of blooms, which I felt like sat wonky on my daughters head and ultimately didn’t look like the pictures on the website.I messaged customer service and they almost immediately sent me out a different style bow in the same quantity I had ordered of the blooms and a return label for me to send the blooms back. The second order I purchased 9 mystery grab bags and was under the impression I was purchasing 9 DIFFERENT mystery prints, so you can imagine how upset I was when I opened my package to see I had 9 of the SAME exact print. I was devastated. Again, I messaged customer service and they explained that the mystery how is typically the same print and you just choose which style you want. Noted for future reference and obviously not their fault. I do think it would be nice for that detail to be listed in the description, but once again they went ABOVE and beyond to fix MY mistake and sent me out headwraps in different prints an a return labor to return my duplicates back!! I truly am so thankful!! I just placed an order for more ❤️❤️
Unfortunately this bow did not fit my baby. It has no stretch whatsoever. Sad she won’t be able to wear it

This order was actually a replacement order. I will say this company has amazing customer service! I reviewed and item from my original order and said 2 of the headwraps looked really small with no stretch, but since my daughter isn't due until July I couldn't really try them on her. They immediately reached out me to replaced those 2 headwraps! I received the new ones and they are definitely bigger than the originals and the same size as other newborn headwraps I've purchased from them! Below is a picture showing the original versus the replacement! The customer service was so amazing that I've already placed a second order for 4 more wraps 😍

When I saw this, I knew my little girl NEEDED it for St Patrick’s day, but what makes it even better is that she can wear it other times too because it’s just too cute!
We are absolutely in love with this dress. The colors are so vibrant the material is buttery soft. It definitely gives you tropical vacation vibes everyday.
We used this for pictures for Easter and she came out just perfect! They are soft and stretchy and didn’t leave any mark or indentions on my daughter.
