They have once again set the bar high for amazing customer service. My issue was with a huge order of a certain style bow I had for months like 20+ had came undone due to style, they were already aware and had changed the way they made them but they pd shipping both ways & since my girl no longer wore nylons they added clips!!!!! They also retied the wraps my daughter had undone her self !!! I was floored! They honestly didn’t have to honor the repairs due to the timeline but I had bought ahead of time bc of a sale they definitely didn’t have to convert them that was my deal but I promise i will continue to spread my love n lotalyty for little lopers til my kids are in college !!! Every momma deserves to experience this. When we spend a lot of money it always feels good to be recognized & not shut down for greed. It’s hard to survive in the business world these days so i just want LL to know I appreciate it more than they will understand. I feel it truly came out of the owners pocket cost wise to make sure I was taken care of. We see this often in VIP tho so not sure why I’m so surprised IF U DONT TRY LL ur missing out
