Excellent customer service

I have dozens of LL bows/headwraps, so I’ve always loved the brand/quality of the bows, so there is no question about that! . The last 2 orders I placed I have had problems…..The first order was an order of a ton of blooms, which I felt like sat wonky on my daughters head and ultimately didn’t look like the pictures on the website.I messaged customer service and they almost immediately sent me out a different style bow in the same quantity I had ordered of the blooms and a return label for me to send the blooms back. The second order I purchased 9 mystery grab bags and was under the impression I was purchasing 9 DIFFERENT mystery prints, so you can imagine how upset I was when I opened my package to see I had 9 of the SAME exact print. I was devastated. Again, I messaged customer service and they explained that the mystery bow is typically the same print and you just choose which style you want. Noted for future reference and obviously not their fault. I do think it would be nice for that detail to be listed in the description, but once again they went ABOVE and beyond to fix MY mistake and sent me out headwraps in different prints and a return labor to return my duplicates back!! I truly am so thankful!! I just placed an order for more ❤️❤️

This order was actually a replacement order. I will say this company has amazing customer service! I reviewed and item from my original order and said 2 of the headwraps looked really small with no stretch, but since my daughter isn't due until July I couldn't really try them on her. They immediately reached out me to replaced those 2 headwraps! I received the new ones and they are definitely bigger than the originals and the same size as other newborn headwraps I've purchased from them! Below is a picture showing the original versus the replacement! The customer service was so amazing that I've already placed a second order for 4 more wraps 😍

They have once again set the bar high for amazing customer service. My issue was with a huge order of a certain style bow I had for months like 20+ had came undone due to style, they were already aware and had changed the way they made them but they pd shipping both ways & since my girl no longer wore nylons they added clips!!!!! They also retied the wraps my daughter had undone her self !!! I was floored! They honestly didn’t have to honor the repairs due to the timeline but I had bought ahead of time bc of a sale they definitely didn’t have to convert them that was my deal but I promise i will continue to spread my love n lotalyty for little lopers til my kids are in college !!! Every momma deserves to experience this. When we spend a lot of money it always feels good to be recognized & not shut down for greed. It’s hard to survive in the business world these days so i just want LL to know I appreciate it more than they will understand. I feel it truly came out of the owners pocket cost wise to make sure I was taken care of. We see this often in VIP tho so not sure why I’m so surprised IF U DONT TRY LL ur missing out
